We moved to the farm in December 1999 when there was just a derelict house and two derelict stone barns. The land was in turmoil and the whole place needed updating and tlc. Firstly we set about re-building the house and converting the two barns into accommodation. |
We then built our new purpose built yard and designed the stables with regard to the horse’s point of view. We made them as large and airy as we could. Following this we built the all-weather, floodlit arena and improved the land and fencing. |
Through blood, sweat and tears Carnwidden has grown into something we are rather proud of and we all hope you enjoy it now just as much as we do. |
